"This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel and we really like its close location to the train and bus station. The hotel offers a good, filling breakfast, with a selection of food and drinks available and convenient opening hours. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. This time we stayed with my family and booked two double rooms. We were placed on the same floor. It was very convenient. The hotel has Wi-Fi that works reliably both in the room and in the lobby."

"I the requests during the booking I asked a later checkout without extra costs. Thyy ga me 2 hours extra, a change from 12 to 14 hours. Which was very nice as I arrived after midnight. I like the fitness room, accesible 24 hours. Weights and some other equipment . One slightly negative thing was the shower construction, the floor got very wet, not that this was an issue woth me."

"Room was ok but on 24th July when I was leaving I forgot my apple earpods pro in the bed in my room when I was leaving, one 1 day later I checked and the location of them was supposed to be 1 minute walk (infront of the next building where I have never walked). I was trying contact the reception by phone and emails for multiple days. They answered the phone 3 times out of 15 calls that I tried to give them. First call was on saturday and the reception told me they will check with the cleaning service the next day and they will call me. After nobody calling me the whole next day which was sunday I tried to call them and they told me its sunday and there is no cleaning service (ok its sunday) and that they will call me next day. On monday I am not able to reach them at all. Tuesday they told me they looked at the photo that I've sent them in one of my emails and said that in the photo it looks like they are maybe in some sport club which was on totally other side of the avenue. Forgetting airpods is my problem but I really dont understand why it is such a problem to reply to emails which they confirmed that they recieved but after multiple days. We have location of the lost item which is poiting few meters from the hotel one seems to be willing to help and have a look or at least reply in some form...."
