Hotel is a bit worn, but they are VERY busy renovating rooms. Lovely pool! Everyone is really nice.

The photos of this property are in no way accurate for its present condition. This 1970s building was probably renovated in the 90s as the building is corroding and peeling. The bathroom was in good condition and the beds comfortable, but the first room had a very noisy air conditioner. When we asked to move, the manager should have offered to take us to review the condition of the new room. But I had to ask. Following this type of guest request, only a manager should make sure the guest experience is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, including the bell boys, housekeepers and room service. Additionally, note the pet fee adds 43% to the room cost. That’s extremely high and was not available when booking. ********** needs to force their partner properties to be transparent with pet fees and all other fees.

This hotel is great if you travel with a dog. I got a 'pet friendly room' on the ground floor with direct access to the gardens. There is a big part of garden destined as dog friendly area where your dog can run and play. They even provide a kit with a bow, bed etc for your dog. Breakfast and dinner is good at reasonable prices. The rooms have seen better days and needs maintenance here and there. But the rooms are good size, water pressure and temp is great. Service very friendly. When travelling w/o a dog I may choose a different hotel. Also good: free roofed parking. The fact that the hotel has lots of green and is in front of a pond with crocs is also a nice feature.

One of the higher priced options, most likely for its location, the experience here was less than up to par. If you’re not an early riser, I recommend placing the do not disturb sign outside your door otherwise you will likely been woken up early by hard, loud knocks on the door by housekeeping or someone asking if you want to send any clothes to laundry. You better answer quickly, otherwise they won’t wait to knock again, and louder. If you ask for a pot of coffee from room service, specify service is for more than one, otherwise you will find yourself asking for more cups. A/C system is loud. Our “balcony” room is nothing but a hard to slide door, with zero furniture leading to the side of the lagoon. Not quite a balcony at all, basically just outdoor access. Bed is comfortable, but shower pressure mediocre at best. You will likely find better options for the price. The overall service could greatly improve.

Great hotel, great location, great room... The hotel is next to do a lake and far away from traffic. In the middle of a large green garden next to the water. No noise at all. Our suite room was real large room with bedroom at the second floor.

La experiencia en el hotel no fue nada agradable, ya que se encuentra sumamente sucio y ya se nota el paso de los años. Dejando de lado la antigüedad, no es justificación para que estuviera sucio desde las toallas, el piso y hasta las sábanas. Lo único bueno es el personal que muy amable, pero urge una limpieza a fondo
