Hello I am writing this review to warn others who are considering to book with this hotel, don’t expect 4 star service as my experience was far from it. I had booked a double room expecting double towels, cups etc (what was listed in the room description) and I ended up with only single items, no tea nor coffee sachets and also told by reception you mow have to pay for it. (Last time I stayed it was for free.) The bar on the ground floor was closed due lack of staff, I was told to use the one in the basement however there was no one there to serve me the whole time; the sofas at the bar were torn up. As well as the patio area was completely trashed, dirty towels scatter everywhere, no tables or chairs, and the area was filthy. My room was backing on to a train line therefore waking us up during early hours. The view from my room was appalling as all I saw when I woke up was broken plastic roof tiles and all the electrical boxes. All you will receive in this hotel is a clean bed and nothing more, it should be closed to the public so it can undergo refurbishment and meet the standards of the customers. Here are some photos of what I experienced.

This is one to avoid, they do not provide milk or creamer for coffee in the room, after the first night you have to purchase any additional drinking water and when the temperature increases this can become a real issue. Arriving after a five hour flight there was only ham and cheese sandwiches on offer at the bare, I had to wait until 7:30 to order some food to the room, then at 8:20 I had to find out why the food had not arrived (salled, meat and cheese) so no cooking needed; the excuse was the lift was not working, I was on the first floor. When it finally arrived the salad was shriveled up leave some tomato and processed ham and cheese. The plate of cheeses and meats was two rolled up pieces of processed cheese cut up processed ham and a small amount of salomi. I sent it back and ordered the burger that was edible. I decided to try the restaurant and had stake that was recommended to have rare so I ordered it rare; rustic potatoes in herbs and salad; what I got was meat that was medium cooked and tough, boiled potatoes with no herbs and carrots that where mushy as if they had gone off before cooking instead of salad see photo. This seemed to have been a good hotel at one time as there are remnants of what it has been but seems to have hit hard times.

A four star hotel pretending to deliver the service of a 4 stars! Forget the breakast in your room, the papers are not collected at the door. You actually end up starting your day with empty stomach. Then you go to the reception where obviously is not their job as they told to take of breakfast. After the 5th day they became very sarcastic, joking around the room 36! The only thing they did not know is that I understood. Portuguese! These hotel or these people do not deserve their position.

We stayed here one night before a flight the next day. We paid 90+ euros which was ridiculous for what we got. The room, while surprisingly large...was dirty, had a single outlet and was insanely loud all night. Doors slamming, people in the halls, noisy elevator, you could hear everything. The front desk was surly as hell. I usually wouldn't complain about something like this, I get it...its a thankless job. But it was like, middle of the afternoon. Zero eye contact, no explanations of the room or services, just terrible all around. Honestly man, maybe hospitality isn't for you? Crap breakfast. Crap coffee. Bad location. 40 minutes from the airport and even farther from the city. Away from major public transportation routes. Good water pressure. That's it. Stay somewhere else.

I wouldn’t really recommend it for business trips. It’s quite noisy as it’s mainly people on holidays that are staying there. Train is also passing by just next to the hotel until midnight. Very spacious rooms and the price was affordable. There is a nice outdoor area. I didn’t really like the food from the restaurant.

Fomos em trabalho para um evento. Simpatia no atendimento. O staff do hotel sempre disponível. Tudo nos conformes. Agradou a quem trabalhou como nós e aos convidados. Aconselho para uma festa, aconselho a quem tem que fazer o seu trabalho contratado para o cliente.

Os quartos não dispões de insonoração suficiente, acordar às 8h com as empregadas de limpeza a limpar o pátio, aos berros é desagradável. A banheira do quarto sem possibilidade de fazer banho de imersão porque faltava peças. Sem tomadas perto da cabeceira da cama.

Um hotel antiquado e em sentido contrário á tendência do mercado, quando se fala em mobilidade, bike hotel, bike friendly, este não permite a entrada de bicicletas no seu interior. Ainda por cima recusando a entrada de bicicletas a uma empresa sua cliente há mais de 20 anos e do ramo das bicicletas ( no mínimo ridículo ), mais grave ainda quando a abordagem foi feita de forma arrogante para não conotar de outra forma. Depois há alguns detalhes que não fosse este triste episodio nem falava, no entanto ficam aqui registados para verem que o "rigor" é só para algumas coisas. Tais como: a falta de caixotes do lixo/papeleiras na sala de reuniões e coffee break, falta de LCD na sala de refeições( mesmo que alguém concorde com isso ) quase todos têm, o ar condicionado velho e muito barulhento, WC com torneiras que não funcionam, etc.... Mas o mais grave de tudo foi a forma com que o dito diretor do hotel (que apenas se apresentou mais tarde), se dirigiu a essa empresa sua cliente sito há mais de 20 anos, tão desagradável e abrutalhada que certamente a"cruz" por parte da mesma está feita. É uma empresa com quase 80 anos bem posicionada e reputada no seu setor e que tão depressa paga a uns como a outros e certamente vai encontrar melhores soluções para os seus eventos.

Ho soggiornato per 32 giorni al Lezìria Parque Hotel (Vila Franca de Xira). Alcune sere ho anche usufruito del servizio ristorante dell'Hotel. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva, servizio di lavanderia rapido ed efficiente.

Boa localização, com parque de estacionamento amplo. Quartos agradáveis. Atendimento eficiente e simpático. Fraco pequeno almoço para um hotel classificado com 4 estrelas. No dito pequeno almoço verificou-se falha total na reposição de certos produtos em falta, tais como croissants, bolos diversos, etc. Os primeiros clientes a chegar comem, os outros não. De resto tudo normal. Relação preço vs. qualidade abaixo da média, face à sua classificação.
