Very convenient location near the train station and main attractions. Friendly staff, clean room & comfortable bed.

Hotel simples. Limpeza excelente. Piscina excelente. Pequeno almoço bom. Para família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças o quarto 508 é muito pequeno.

Great service. Thank you Suzanna (I hope my spelling is correct) for being so welcoming and helpful to us. Just the right distance from town, although not close to joining the Camino Walk path (we probably took the wrong route haha). Room is very clean and comfortable. All the plumbing works (can’t take this for granted). Breakfast was just right!! Enough assortment to get us going each day. Staff very helpful in getting us extra hot water for our flasks too.

My room was clean, but there are signs about fines and fees. If you smoke, and it completely smelled like smoke, the entire floor smelled like smoke, I had a dungeon room with the window that allowed the gentleman in the apartment building next to me to spit out his window, and it almost landed into mine, and allowed him to look into my window. If I close the blinds in the room became a dungeon, because there were only blackout shades and no Shades for privacy

Rooms were small, but comfortable and quiet. The staff when we arrived were pleasant and somewhat helpful. Morning staff, NOT helpful at all when we asked for assistance in booking some train tickets. Breakfast minimal

When we stayed here last month, we weren’t told where to eat breakfast so we headed to what looked like the dining area. We passed the bar that supposedly served food (we didn’t see any) and headed in. We were followed by staff who suddenly shouted at us and told us we were in the wrong area. They took our food from us and offered no apology for the mix up. Bizarre treatment from the staff. It didn’t help that we’d all slept poorly the night before due to the walls being so thin!

This hotel was excellent and a refreshing change after the previous one. It was a three minute walk from the restaurants and bars and only a three or four minute walk to get back on the Camino trail. The bed was comfortable and no issues with anything else. The breakfast was buffet style and all the usual items were available and plentiful

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and understanding. They helped me out when I had a dental emergency by recommending a dentist just down the street! Thanks to them I was able to continue my trip and enjoy eating again! Their breakfast buffet was outstanding with fresh croissants, cheeses and yogurt, fruits, flan and more. Thank you to the hotel staff and Juan, the owner, for resolving my situation not to mention the dentist!!!

La ubicación y la limpieza bien. La cama, la almohada, el ruido y el desayuno fatal. La cama es incómoda y la almohada destroza el cuello. El ruido de dentro y de fuera no dejan dormir. Y el desayuno es pobrísimo. El trato es correcto, pero muy muy frío.

Para arranjar estacionamento é horrível, funcionários simpáticos e imenso ruído durante a noite, pequeno almoço fixe, piscina não serve para quem é pequeno, mas para uma noite super aprovo, agora para mais não voltaria, daria uma 5 pelo tipo de funcionárias super simpáticas
