I really enjoyed my stay at the COSI Hotel. The hotel was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the staff were friendly & attentive - they even helped me with booking my taxi to the airport! Lovely swimming pool and laundry facilities. Very modern and comfortable hotel - I would 100% recommend to anyone staying a few nights in Vientiane!! 😊

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay

This was a good hotel for the price. It was walking distance to shops, morning market , and has a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but good for the value. Will book again.

Hotel is on a great location in city center. Service was correct. Bedsheets were not so clean and the pillow stinks. Swimming pool was good. I took a massage in hotel and it was average, however room for massage was very ugly and that contribute to the experience. Breakfast buffet was good, many choices and good food. Overall not bad for the room price.

This is a good basic hotel. Unfortunately, the toilet tap leaked water all over the bathroom floor, so we had to turn it off. Despite the room having a window, it was very dark as the room looked right into a well and wall. It was fine for a couple of nights and the coffee shop next door was excellent! The bed is very comfortable.

As an entry point for a family trip that included two nights in Vientiane, two nights in Luang Prabang, and one more night in Vientiane, this hotel was more than worth the price and very satisfying. The facilities are old but clean, and the breakfast, while not particularly luxurious, was more satisfying and delicious than the price would suggest. In addition, the location is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and not far from other major temples, and the views from the top floor and rooftop, as well as the cityscape and sunrise, were excellent. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have the chance next time I travel to Laos.

Stayed in this hotel when we were in Vientiane before heading to Luang Prabang, and booked it again for one night. What sold us the most was really the breakfast. Aircon was really noisy in the room we were in though.

We stayed on the top floor, room 402. The hotel seemed to have renovated the building and turned it into a guest room. The staff provided good service and the room was clean. However, there was still hair in the bathroom. The water flowed so little that it barely flowed. We informed the staff in the morning, but it seemed like they were aware of it, but it seemed like they couldn't fix it. Luckily, the elevator was okay on the first day. The next day, the elevator broke down and couldn't be used. People on the upper floors had to walk up and down. The room door was broken and the bolts came loose. 😮💨

Beautiful Hotel friendly staff and good atmosphere.. Very clean and Room service available everyday.the location not bad if you like to walk 10 to 15 mins.Many Cafes and restaurants around. Quiet at the night but day time construction right next to it a bit annoying. Overall everything perfect.

Excellent treatment. Staff very friendly, service, pool, amenities are excellent. Breakfast is superb. Definitely will stay in this hotel when come back to Laos next holiday.
