Love the view, love the design, love the hospitality. Love it all so much🤍🤍🤍🤍 Once I step in, the staff are taking care your luggage immediately, you got a very warm welcome with the greeting and drinks and the front desk are very nice, this is the best welcome at my long Europe trip and with no doubt is the best one. The room have a very large and comfortable space, very clean, bright and the selection of the small electric equipment are prefect, live the coffee machine, blue tooth speaker and everything. And the bath tub are stunning. I will visit again and again for this perfect stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality during the trip.

Hotel location is very good, but the environment is quiet. Close to the attractions, the nearby tram No. 2 is enough to cover the old town, and there are supermarket restaurants nearby. Great hotel. Spacious rooms and helpful people at the reception. Very convenient Location to get a tram or underground. You have to pay a one time €15 charge to use the wellness centre during your stay. Free apples was an unexpected bonus (My family loves them). Our booking was without breakfast as there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Bad aspects: It is difficult to get help in the first time when encountering problems in a self-service hotel. The facilities are relatively old. Room No. 222 has a strong rotten wood smell, which is completely unacceptable. After contacting Ctrip, it was fully booked and moved to another room half an hour later. The main problem is that I was not arranged to this smelly room, but everything else is acceptable.
