Hotel Spa di Vienna

Wonderful stay at this lovely property, well situated in the heart of Vienna. Impeccable service, spotless room, wonderful breakfast! Returning back to this property a numerous times!

During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury. Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Our stay at SO/ Vienna was excellent. The room was spotless and serviced daily, ensuring a consistently comfortable experience. The breakfast was outstanding - both in quality and variety - and accompanied by a stunning panoramic view of Vienna. We were particularly impressed by the view from our 14th-floor room, overlooking the city center, which we enjoyed without any additional charge. The option to select a preferred pillow type was also a thoughtful and appreciated detail. There are only a couple of minor points for improvement: the room could benefit from additional lighting, and the staff checking room numbers at breakfast might consider streamlining the seating process to reduce waiting times.

We almost had a great stay, except for one thing. The staff left one of the window open after cleaning the room. We were not able to turn on the heater when the window was open. The phone from the room to the front desk was not working. And the staff on duty did not know what to do.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble! Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel. The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Absolutely lovely stay! We were lucky to check in early. Even though the location isn’t very close to the city center, there are many convenient transportation options to and from the hotel. A very warm, clean, and cozy place. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with very kind reception staff. Clean room. Room temperature rather warm at night ( March 24/3-17/3) as aircon not switched on yet in main hotel. Had to open windows and road noisy. Other than that all perfect. Excellent breakfast too. I’d definitely return there and would highly recommend.
