The location was perfect, very close to the city center (only 10 minutes by tram). The apartment was clean and well-equipped, super convenient if you want to cook at home. The only downside was that there was no kettle, so we had to use a pot to boil water for tea. Self check-in was easy, we even managed to check in one hour earlier. Overall it was a great experience, highly recommend!

Every single cog, no matter how small or large, plays a vital role. If one is missing, the clock stops ticking. And at The Ritz-Carlton, every cog turns perfectly. Breakfast, for instance, was an experience I won’t forget. Their Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t just about the dish. It was the way it was served, with care, with pride, and with the intent to make my morning special. To everyone who works here: thank you. You’re not just doing a job, you’re creating moments that stay with people. You turned my stay into something I’ll look back on with a smile, and that’s not something that happens everywhere. Family of four stayed here for 5 days to meet with friends coming from Italy. The hotel is close to metro and tram so easily access to city for concerts and museums. Hotel has a lttle indoor pool (not heated) and sauna for kids to swim and play. Breakfast doesn’t have fresh fruits and not enough variety so each day is the same. Overall a pleasant stay.

It’s good hotel but definitely not 5 stars Good style and furniture. But we asked for a kettle and we’ve got it without cups and tea No hair conditioner. Be ready that your shower is almost in your room And gym is tiny and not good equipped

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement: - Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job. - Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work. - Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it. - Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless. Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

The hotel is in a great location. The facilities and environment are OK. When I first checked in, I could smell the sweat on the bed sheets. The hygiene needs to be verified.

5star for the staff for the luggage!!!!!! But not for the people in the front desk. Because it delay and even didn’t finish the check in (black hair girl) and past to the other person 😅 酒店整體挺好的特別是拿行李的那些人!!!!!!真的超好!就是前台入住遲了半小時 還說房間整理好了會通知我結果沒有通知我就換班了 除了黑色頭髮馬尾的女孩其他人都很好 順帶一提第一次見一個酒店拿餐具到房間需要收取5€🥹

My husband and I chose this hotel for our one-year anniversary honeymoon. It would have been nice if the room had a garden view. I sent a message saying that we hope the room will be decorated for our honeymoon, but it wasn't. I was a little disappointed. Other things were good, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

The service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.
