Location is great, 5 minutes off Westbahnhof. However, the room was not up to standard. It had disastrous ventilation. Windows and doors were not sound proof, we kept hearing people shouting on the street or talking in the corridor. Shower does not equip with anti splash thingy, thus water just flew everywhere on the floor. Hairdryer is extremely weak. Bed sheets were okay, but I saw a stain underneath. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location, close to westbahnhof and to Mariahilfe Str., good breakfast.
My room was at the 8th floor, a bit small but in general comfortable.

Great location. Misleading room information. Was told that room has 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed when we booked via trip.com. Room was so small that it was hardly big enough for 2 singles which is what we got. Heating was central so we could not turn the heater aircond on. Was told that it was to be turned on our last night but that did not happen.

The recipcion was good,I would like to thanks manager of the hotel madam Elizabeth,she was very cooperative with us,in all things.and I advise any person when com to Vienna to stay in this hotel if I will com back to Vienna, sure I will reserve room in this hotel.

大床房房間不大，但是一個人住完全夠了，兩個人也算可以。乾淨整潔，位置方便，離重要火車站也就三四公里，早餐豐富，就是10：35的時候就有服務員敲門催退房了。

Hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich das Essen nicht beurteilen.
Sonst wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller zentraler Lage mit Ubahn alles sofort erreichbar

Super central location. Main train and underground station in easy walking distance, theater very close. An absolute recommendation.
Just don't forget to place the "Do not disturb" label on your door. The room service would elsewise enter the room already at 0800 o'clock even on sunday.

The staff were polite and friendly but baby cot was horrible and dirty and so had to co sleep with my 2 month old and husband for 3 nights which wasn’t fun .

Really not happy the cleaning. Or the bad condition of the cot . It was covered it dark brown marks which I hope was just chocolate but either way couldn’t put my 2 month old baby in it and so sleep was a very big issue . The room it self carpet full of stains bedding had hair on it . Really not great but I have to say the lady at reception was very lovely and helpful .

This was a good choice. It is a bit out of the main town but that is reflected in the price. It is near a ubahn and the westbanhoff and a pedestrian street with lots of stores and restaurants etc. There is a lobby area and a lounge on the top floor where you can spread out if the room is too small for you to work etc. The bathroom is a frosted sliding door which makes the double rooms onky suitable for thise that are very close. There is a fridge. A good Austrian restaurant across the street with nice lunch specials.
