the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel is within Vienna’s old town. Surrounded by historic landmarks, as well as highly rated restaurants, cafes, and bars, and shopping malls/stores,pharmacies etc. Rooms are quite small for deluxe type and quite old for the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Excellent location within 5mins walk to Stephansplatz and St. Stephen's Cathedral, historic center of Vienna and more. Great shopping places as well!

Wery good breakfast

Lovely building and very good service as soon as I arrived. Rooms are spacious and modern with floor boards rather than carpet. Rooms with bath tub are available. Lighting is good and sockets are well located for charging. Overall a good 5 star hotel at a reasonable price in Vienna!

The hotel is really nice and they have nice service

非常好的住宿感受，前台服務員熱情招待，酒店位置非常中心，旁邊就是中央咖啡館，每天都在排長隊，可以步行到大部分景點，出門不遠就是步行街，購物非常方便。具有設計感的酒店，房間夠大，很舒適，早餐也很棒，居然還有🥟。就是洗浴間稍簡陋，不過在這個地段，可以理解，強烈推薦在維也納入住這個酒店。

신혼여행으로 온 비엔나인데 좋은 호텔에서 잘 머무르다 갑니다^^ 객실에 맛있는 케잌도 준비해주셔서 너무 기분 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 호텔내부 및 객실이 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있었습니다🥰

各處服務都給非常好 check in和check out都非常快速便捷 住的拐角的落地窗 雙層玻璃 即使在內城區也很安靜 前台、酒吧、早餐廳和打掃人員都非常nice 早餐裏面的果茶、小麪包和薰三文魚很喜歡 我一般都帶耳塞 國外那種兩間之間有個門的很常見 在瑞典住的也是這樣的 這次是鄰居看有人回來了聲音就很小了 我是帶上耳塞就無任何影響 之後幾天隔壁無人 聽維也納同事説內城區比較好 於是選的內城區的酒店 位置就在sisi museum附近 從sisi開始遊覽之後往南走 路線不錯 之後再另一個方向看一下斯蒂芬大教堂和黑死病紀念柱 之前來過一次維也納 感覺這次訂的明顯比上次的4星酒店好得多 服務態度比海底撈還好 不愧是5星

酒店位置很不錯，旁邊就是patisserie咖啡館每天都排長隊😅可以走路到各個景點除了美泉宮😂直接用攜程的導航地址就可以到酒店門口，門僮有代客泊車服務，我們住了三天，期間沒有動車，停車費一共135€，還是挺貴的😂 酒店早餐很不錯～房間樓層很高不壓抑
