Lokasi hotel sangat nyaman, beberapa ratus meter dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah, dan sangat nyaman ke stasiun Vienna Miedling. Juga sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke berbagai atraksi. Hotelnya sangat nyaman, bersih dan rapi.

Acceptable, but only for cold months like fall and winter. The room has basic things and is clean for a short stay. However, during summer it is very hot! No aircon and need to open the window which still cannot circulate enough and even bring so much noise. Won’t recommend for hot months. Also the bed is not comfortable at all, hope they put a better one. Location is not in the city center, but is ok as there is multiple tram or metro or bus within 5 minutes walk. Also there is affordable cafe or eateries, and even a shopping mall within 5 minutes walk. I may consider in future but only for cold months that can keep the windows closed.

Hostels may never satisfy anyone but cleaniness is the main thing which must there inside room or shared bathrooms

The hostel location is not that far from the transportation.

The overall environment is average, the location is not really convenient, there is nothing to eat nearby, the cupboard is small and there is no shower gel in the bathroom

Close to station and central. Room is comfortable but a bit noisy from outside. Is a huge hostel so expect lot of guests in there.

Cheap hostel full of homeless people, it did not feel safe. Not far from the city centre and easy to get to by tram or metro.

The stay was very good. There is a train station nearby, takes some time to go to city center, but its the best deal for the buck. recommend it.

The room was extremely hot at night with 6 persons. Perspired throughout the night. Had to go outside to cool off. No air-conditioning and no fan. The staff was good but they couldn't do anything.

Ubicado un poco lejos. En general muy bien, además las habitaciones tienen baño con ducha propio, un puntazo.

我在這家店連住2晚。第二天早上我把一個充電寶插到床頭的插座上充電，然後出門，晚上回到房間時發現床單、被罩全部被撤下，充電寶、數據線和插頭全部不見了。晚上當班的前台拒絕和我直接用英語對話，説我的英語口語太差，堅持要我用英文打字和他交流，然後他用谷歌翻譯把烏克蘭語語音轉為漢語語音與我交流。我認為這是具有侮辱性的。他聲稱酒店不對客房和行李間內任何物品的安全負責，但我衹是要求他詢問客房清潔人員這樣的一個問題，即“在他們清掃床位並撤下床單和被罩的時候，充電寶、數據線和插頭是否還在床上”。最後我用非常強硬的語氣問他是否拒絕為我聯繫清潔工，他才改口説這個時間（不到晚上9點）清潔工下班了，需要我第二天早上7點到前台詢問，他會把我的問題交接給第二天早上當班的同事。他根本沒有這樣做。第二天早上7點我準時到前台詢問，工作人員表示完全不知情，而且清潔工也沒有上班，衹能等到他們上班了再詢問。她記錄了我的問題，並要我等待答覆，但我無法再等下去，因為我離開維也納的火車是早上8點58分。我在一無所獲的情況下離開了。

優點：位置好距離西站很近，價格實惠，房間夠用也算乾淨！交通非常便利地鐵公交都在附近！ 缺點：接團比較多，有時候有點吵！ 總體不錯下次還會入住！
