Ulasan Roomz Vienna Prater

Quite good as a standard business hotel for conference. Room is clean.

The hotel is located in a nice area (see picture attached), neat Prater with some cafes around. Room is equipped with basic facilities needed for your stay. Still, no cattle available. I needed a cup of hot water for had to ask for it at the reception.

Really nice room！

Could have been better, no parking unless paying extra and also not clear instructions where this was. The rooms are clean and tidy, staff could be a little more trained on using their too (PC, access code, etc). The location was confusing to get to but eventually found it. Parking is free over night just outside the hotel but from 8 am ne one knows if your car will be towed or not so I had wake up and skip breakfast to then drive and park at the Shell petrol station got 9 euro a day then come back for breakfast !

酒店整體位置不算偏僻但肯定也不在市中心，打車到市中心需要16分鐘左右。酒店的設施最為要命，通病沒有拖鞋和洗漱用品就不説了，不光不提供飲用水連燒水壺都需要租，價格12歐一晚… 環境一般，定義為普通次新酒店。最後一天走的時候去餐吧想要一杯熱水，被告知需要花錢，2.4歐一杯… 覺得有些無理……

Hatten erst ein Zimmer mit offener Dusche konnten es aber zum Glück noch tauschen. Nett vom Hotel.

First Positive: Breackfast is really good, small selection but decent stuff, coffee can be improved is garbage, but all rest is lovely, kudos for the centrifuge Positionwise can't say nothing, very well positioned. Bad staffs: Reception is DIY kind, the receptionist stares at you meanwhile u do theyr job filling up data. Ackward, better a no reception at all that this weird pantomime. Rooms are dirty, my blanket had a nose leak encrusted and the wall was full of pencil scribbers. Bar is pretty basic but at least barman was fun.

Overall this is a very nice hotel with modern spacious rooms and good value. The downside is typical of many hotels in Austria; no tea, coffee or kettle, no microwave, no iron/ironing board, saggy mattresses and saggy ‘sleepless’ pillows, you will be charged 10 Euro’s for every hour you check in early, and 5 Euros if you want an extra room key for your partner (these two items are definite wroughts), the restaurant dinner meal is average quality (and don’t expect a table cloth or cloth napkins), and there is no concierge service - so don’t expect any assistance - even if you have travelled thousands of kms or have a disability - tough luck, no help provided - indeed all the staff we met seemed always reluctant to be helpful - they were just too busy or perhaps didn’t want to be working there. Finally, the location is well away from the city centre, so you will need to use Uber, push bike or walk and tram (by the way it’s easy to get lost and takes longer than you will anticipate). On the bright side, there is underground secure parking for your bike/car and the buffet breakfast is excellent - indeed the best we’ve had in Austria.

a budget hotel , a very clean hotel on budget,when you take a average cost package from a great service company like Cosmo,they provide you clean everage hotel with few amenities like bed and breakfast properties, but over all a nice experience

Manager was super rude when asked about something related to my invoicing. Even staff were surprised about her manners. Won't come back.

Not the best hotel in Vienna but it did the job. Room cleaning can definitely be improved.

For a 3 star hotel this is excellent. A large room with Aircon and spacious modern bathroom. The only thing missing would be a electric jug and 2 cups. We asked for an additional chair as we are a couple and only 1 chair in the room. Not sure why a room for 2 would only have seating for 1. This was promptly supplied. Very friendly helpful staff who spoke adequate English. Breakfast is excellent with a large selection and good quality. Would recommend staying here.
