Hotel situato in buona posizione a 10 minuti dal centro e con fermate metro e tram vicine. Colazione nella media (purtroppo erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione) e servita nella hall e in una stanza attigua. Personale gentile e professionale.
Compailnt Im writing this because of bad behavior of receptionist! I asked him to have iron to prepare my cloths and he told me that i need to go reception and take the iron! And when i told him that i cannot come down he cut the line in my face. I called him back and he told me that i can complain to the manager at morning!!! I really feel bad because of this and with this bad experience I’m sure that i will not stay again in this low service hotel. Thank you for respecting of your customers Mohamed

Prefect stay at this hotel! Thanks to the receptionist from turkey (couldn’t remember his name sorry) let us check in little before and in a really good room! And the housekeeper or manager HK get out of her way to bring me a gift for my birthday in my room. Good location, clean and modern facilities ! Congratulations to all the teams ! Wow effect is here :)

This was our first visit to Vienna, so we were not sure what to expect. On arrival at the hotel we were met by two friendly staff members (1 male and 1 female) Check In - Very smooth and quick, all the paperwork was filled in and ready for us to complete. We were given a map of Vienna to help us navigate the city ROOMS - The rooms were unexpectedly larger than you would think. Large comfortable bed, mini fridge, tv, and bathroom with complementary products. BREAKFAST - Breakfast was plentiful. Everything from fresh bread, meats, cheeses, and cooked items LOCATION - The hotel is not central. However, a 10 min walk over the bridge gets you to the tram stop, and then 10 mins ride up to the middle by the opera house. STAFF - Absolutely fantastic! Every time you passed reception, you were met with smiles and a friendly hello. Breakfast staff again friendly and could not do enough to help and the room service staff again very friendly and did an excellent job. If you are going to do a city break, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Value for money and service, I think, could not be matched. And if you are visiting for the Christmas markets, don't pass reception without trying their mulled wine. €3.50 for a mug, which just finished the day nicely.

Quite a convenient 15 minute walk to Stephansplatz, 10 minutes to Schwedenplatz and Schottenring U-Bahn stations, so good for transport and easy access to restaurants and bars. The hotel is smart, clean and comfortable, desk staff are mostly helpful but I think they deal more with business visitors than tourist style people. Our rooms were small, functional, could do with a mirror near the desk for make up but again, might be because they get more business men. The bathroom looked good but was poorly designed, the loo was a a very strange angle, the door was difficult to side, the shower flooded the room and the tissue box fell off the wall if you even looked at it! The sink didn’t drain properly and we couldn’t get the plug up once it was down. We didn’t have breakfast as we were told it was €25 each, Anker over the water cost €25 for all of us to have breakfast and was lovely. So, good hotel, reasonably priced (if you don’t have breakfast), good location, a bit noisy, all in all good.
