Wonderfully efficient, gave two big bottles of water complimentary, staff also gave me a chocolate wafer for « the journey home » Very kind, and fast. Check in was done in minutes. They provide free guidebook for the city at the reception too. Room was spacious and warm. Bath room was great, hot water did not run out. Very clean.

Nice, comfortable room. Was tidy and clean with a good range of TV channels. Location is a little out of the city centre but had very convenient links to U-Bahn system which made access to airport and all of the attractions easily reachable. Only downside was no replenishment of water, tea and coffee but in the grand scheme didnt dampen my stay.

Todo perfecto, las habitaciones, cama, baño etc.. de la comida no puedo opinar no comí en el hotel.

Vriendelijke ontvangst in een net hotel. Het hotel ligt in een rustig iets industrieel gedeelte van Wenen. U-bahn in de buurt en lopen naar het centrum duurt ongeveer een uur. De kamer is modern, netjes en schoon. Helaas geen koelkast en kluis, maar wel een schone en frisse badkamer en fijne bedden. Tv kregen we niet aan de praat en de föhn werd wel warm, maar blies niet. Het ontbijt was uitstekend met veel keuze. Verse broodjes, warme gerechten, kaassoorten, goede koffie, sapjes, fruit en zoetigheden. Alles vers met ook veel vegetarische en veganistische keuzes. En zeer vriendelijke bediening overal. Bij vertrek konden we nog fruit meenemen voor onderweg en ontvingen we een hazelnoot wafel. Helemaal super!

혼자 갔는데 침대 짱크고 물도 주고 깨끗하고 화장실도 좋고 에어컨도 있고 암막커튼도 있고 티비도 있음~! 냉장고가 없는게 아쉽긴 한데 커피포트도 있어서 컵라면 먹을 수 있었어용!! 저는 너무 좋았습니다... 위치가 걱정이였는데 슈테판플라츠까지 지하철로 10분이면 호딱 가서 교통도 편리했구 지하철 바로 옆에 가소미터라고 쇼핑몰이 있는데 맥도날드 있어서 맨날 아침으로 햄버거 먹었어용! 이 호텔 강추합니다롱
