the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel was located at a distance of 10 to 15 minutes walk away from a metro station. The room was not big, marginally enough for the use of a solo traveller. The hotel was aged and the furniture in the room was outdated, needed to be replaced.

Conveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

Very good location Very close to the subway Very clean and tidy is to play a more stable hotel Golden Hall This kind of opera house is not far from the distance. It is safe. I wrote an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and got a response within an hour, which is nice. I arrived at 11am and an early check in was available. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is very spacious for its price. You can easily reach the Schönbrunn Palace by bus or on foot. It is also close to a metro station and a supermarket. Provided: Coffee capsule machine, fridge, TV, hair dryer, safe. P.S. I stored my luggage after I checked out, they store them in a locked room but they don’t tag your luggage or anything. When you go back to get the luggage, you just have to tell the reception that you want to take the luggage then they will lead you to the room. It felt kind of strange and a little bit insecure. Also I was gonna check out at 12 but at 11:56 there is already someone knocking and asked me when will I go. Besides these the stay was a very pleasant experience.
