Had a great stay here - very comfortable resort with super friendly staff. I was amazed one day to see elephants across the road feeding on a tree. It was a wonderful surprise Breakfasts are good here too! Highly recommended accommodation.

Loved the living room overlooking the garden and the backyard with an honesty bar and nice seating. Rooms were clean and many sockets were adapted to take USB and also European plugs. The staff were highly attentive to our every need, whether it was soya milk or transport back to Kasane or the Zambezi river dinner cruise, nothing was too much. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Stayed here with my wife on a three day visit. Booked on the Internet through booking and was confused by payment request coming from another guest house "Bayete" which seems to be the main hotel in a group. If this was explained better, it would have been much better and less of a concern on payment security. There was tea and coffee available in the breakfast area 24 hours. The building and grounds were clean and well kept, the garden with the pool and seated area/garden bar was very nice. Our bedroom and ensuite were clean and adequate in size but not luxurious. Not a problem as it provided a good comfortable bed to sleep in. Breakfast was good and a full cooked breakfast was available. A 5 star experience was not expected in service or food. What was done very well was the booking of trips and restaurants that we wanted to go on or to. These were all arranged by the office and payment made to the hotel on check out for the trips. This was excellent and appreciated. The location was about 1km from town and very walkable and in our opinion was ideal. We were a little concerned walking back just after sunset one night but the area is very quiet and there was no problem. We would love to return to Vic Falls someday and we would definitely stay here again
