It is in a separate building with limited services. the Waldorf is listed as a 5 star hotel and charged you as a 5 star hotel. This Pavillon is listed as 4 star on other Online Travel Agent such as competitors of trip.com and trip.com didn't make this is obvious at the time of booking. We were given a room with a small window in the basement with the top of the windows looking at the ground. Highly recommend you not to book this Pavillon. For a 4 star hotel, this is way overpriced. We will not book this Pavillon wing again. Attached you may see the windows and room which are very different from what we saw at the time of booking. While we asked if we could change to room in the other building, there was empty room but you have to pay extra (Front office quoted Eur 130).
