Bright apartment in a dream location, away from the chaos of the city but at the same time close to restaurants, bars, beaches and shops, with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. The property has large windows and direct access to the terrace, partially covered and equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or an aperitif with a view. There is a double bedroom with large wardrobe and TV and one with single bunk beds and wardrobe, fully furnished kitchen equipped with everything you need, living area with sofa bed and bathroom. Free Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV and safe complete the apartment. The Valarin residence is unique in its kind for the presence of a wonderful spa, accessible from 2pm to 7pm free of charge with heated swimming pool (13m x 5m, depth 1.2m) with waterfall and whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, massage area (which can be booked directly at the hotel) and emotional shower. Outside, however, it is possible to enjoy a second area relax - the solarium - where you can relax in the open air admiring the beauty of our lake in total silence and tranquility. Also worth noting is the presence of a covered parking space, included in the price, with a charging station for electric cars. Please pay attention to the swimming pool and spa regulations; Covid-19 pool area restrictions: access to the pool area will be in full compliance with the regulations in force in Italy.
