Everything was OKAY. Good breakfast, nice view.

I stayed here for 1 night, in a single room, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. The interiors have an antique feel to them, with parquet and painted wardrobe. The check in process was very smooth, the location is fantastic, the bed was comfy and clean, the shower had good pressure, and the place was quiet, with ambient chatter sounds from the nearby cafes, which enhanced my holiday-mood. Great place, I'd love to return for a longer stay.

Good hotel and good staff

매우 좋은 위치 해수욕장에서 10분 거리 리셉션에 잘생긴 모델 같은 남자분들이 일을 해서 놀랐습니다. 방이 조금 작기는 하지만 안에 욕조가 있습니다. 다음에도 저는 이곳에서 숙박할 것 입니다. 아침 식사도 매우 좋습니다. 크로이상은 프랑스 현지 수준과 비슷합니다. 단점은 밑에가 바로 바가 있습니다. 일찍 잠을 자고 싶은 분에게는 조금 힘들 수 있습니다. 개인적으로 저는 행복했습니다. 이 호텔에서. 좋은 호텔입니다.

Had a lovely stay at the Riviera. If you are looking for the ultra-modern penthouse treatment, this is not for you. Quaint, we'll kept, older hotel on the Lido. Staff is incredibly professional and welcoming, continental breakfast was lovely, and the location is fabulous. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The rooms are quite basic and small. The blankets could be changed or else all around covered in the sheets. The bedsheets were clean, though. The stuff and breakfast was fair and good. The best about the hotel is it's location and the view. ...

perfect easy to get too from airport and easy to go to the islands in venice s breakfast is perfect just simple breakfast staff on the ball and very help full it rained one day so came back to hotel and got a pizza from restaurant which we took up to are room even had netflix dont no how but bonus most off all the greeting from chiara was perfect nice and helpfull 5 star chiara thank you

We stayed in a beautiful, charming and old Italian style hotel, very authentic. The friendly and nice staff complete the whole package. The hotel is located right next to the water bus terminal with a wonderful view of Venice. The waterbus brings you to venice in 10-15 min. The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is very varied and offers everything for every taste. Also the restaurant and the ice cream shop are highly recommended. The beach can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot, or the bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to every point on the lido. We'll definitely be back.

Cute little hotel perfectly located on the main avenue by the Lido vaporetto (ferry) stop and beach. Rooms were clean and air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was subpar and consisted of stale pastries - this can be greatly improved. Very friendly staff that accommodated my student group and me for an a extra night when our flight back to the States was canceled. Would stay again! Just put a little more money into having a fresh breakfast and the hotel would be ideal.

Arrived here by boat after landing at Venice airport. This hotel is located conveniently across from the boat. The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms are spacious and clean. We had a first floor room and just down the hallway. It was a balcony that opened up with a beautiful view of Venice. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and spoke great English. If you are coming to Lido, we highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located only about a 10 minute walk from the beach. What a beautiful island. It was not overrun by tours. There were a number of quaint little cafés and restaurants.

"Rustic" hotel with tiny rooms (and tinier bathrooms)! While very convenient (across the street from the boat terminal), there are restaurants in the area that stay open late, and we couldn't sleep due to the noise. Good breakfast, though!

This hotel is *******. Just spent 3 hours texting my daughter who is staying there. Doors slamming, things moving, drawers being pulled out and pushed back in. I told her to find her ear plugs and try to sleep, as hard as it may be. Other than that, hotel seems to be ok to her and is in a good location.

I booked a weekend in this hotel, but unfortunately there was a strike of Air traffic control and I could not make it to the Hotel. I booked a refundable option but 4 days after my visit the hotel demanded to settle the bill, which I did. One day before I left to Venice the flights were cancelled due to an Air traffic control Strike. It was not my fault that I did not use the hotel. I requested a refund, but the very arrogant General Manager did not seem to care! Not even a partial discount! Not even half of what we paid. Be careful when you book this hotel
