We come to this hotel every time we are in Venice which is usually once a year. The place is perfectly located to reach all Venice destinations both on foot and by boat, easy and quick to get to the vaporetto stop which is only 5 min walk. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. Only one negative note on one of the breakfast staff which was rude, but whatever. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet is great. Will keep returning for sure.

Clean room and okay location. Quiet spot and very hidden. Great service and good staff. Very standard breakfast. Aircon is not available when the temperature didn’t meet the need but mosquito can get in through the window .

It's one of the best hotels I have been! Not only does it have excellent breakfast🤤, it has very nice and friendly staffs that actually remember you and provide you with the keys even without stating anything. 🙊 They have provided me a room with canal view that allows you a glimpse of the daily of this magical Venice dusk till dawn, sunny or rainy, weekday or weekend. 😍😍 They even provide you a free glass factory visit in Murano on water taxi (if only it wasn't raining so bad on the day I went). Great value, outstanding service, classic Italian quality 🤌🤌

I've stayed here before and hope to many more times. Wonderful rooms- upgrade if you can, as it isn't much more expensive. Staff are charming and location is great.

Antonio was great and very helpful. Beautiful room and view of the canals - we were upgraded to an even better room upon arrival as it was available. We had to check out early so they offered us breakfast to go. Walkable to all main attractions. Staff were helpful and gave us multiple options for things to do, maps, even a free glass viewing workshop. Overall, the best experience we had travelling around Italy!

Stayed 4 nights at this amazingly charming hotel. Perfect location close to many great tourist attractions, but at the same time sheltered and calm with a beautiful garden. Outstanding service and the best breakfast I have had in Italy. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

This is a delightful small hotel tucked down a path at the mouth of a small canal opening onto the Grand Canal. Unusually for Venice it has a garden facing the canal as well as a small internal garden. My room opened onto this garden. If fact it resembled a small bungalow with its own terrace and seating area. It would be lovely in summer. Very friendly staff providing an efficient and seamless service. Comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. Very extensive breakfast menu.

It is lovely and wonderful and just perfect for our stay in Venice.

This is in a great location for exploring the island. The hotel has a lot of history and the staff were all fantastic and helpful. Decent breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but well equipped and clean. I would definitely come back here. The interior of the hotel is amazing and the garden and patio area too.
