Free upgrade to a suite at level 25, which looks way better than the floors below, around 11th floor to 17th floor. Good view with balcony, and a mini living room. Good receptionist service but you will have to know how to speak chinese. Location is convenient, near night market, working aircon, three lifts, comfy bed

Got upgraded to very good view room, the room is spacious ,clean and easy to checkin . Receptionist was very helpful to provide good tip for traveling to places of interest. Is just 5 minutes walk from tram station, shopping, night market and bus station. Will stay again

booked this place last minute and was out of expectation. The room are clean and has good services. location is great that it is near the supermarket and also the night markets. The only thing is that the swimming pool is only opened daily from 3-8pm and required a swimming cap. In addition, the swimming pool is opened for swimming classes for weekend thus it is crowded. Dont have any other facilities

不足: 1、裝修開始有老舊感覺（浴室部分地磚有開裂），部分窗户不太乾淨 2、早餐對於4星酒店不算合格，但對於+50左右包2人早餐還算合理 3、智能小度可開窗簾和燈，其他貌似無能為力，可以算賣點，也可以算**😅無聊可找找樂。 4、衹有一紅一綠兩茶包和兩瓶裝水，沒咖啡等 優點: 1、4星，房間夠大，酒店可在非旺季照顧顧客的樓層、觀感等合理要求 2、前台和經理的服務意識都不錯，對於攜程上提示的優惠都耐心解答 3、樓下100米內有大型超市（旺豪），購物、手信、海鮮等都方便 4、去第一海鮮市場和夜市都較近 5、用小度關燈後，牀頭櫃地燈和洗手間燈貌似都可以感應有人即亮燈 綜合，不到300包早餐還是海景房。。。下次還會來

房間特別好，前台丸子頭姐姐給我們做了升級，房內設施都很齊全，去之前聯繫了網絡的負責人，給我們介紹的特別詳細，還有專門的文檔介紹三亞美食，還幫我們聯繫了免税巴士，按照那個男生説的，晚上去水稻國家公園，真的很適合拍照哦

雖然酒店比較老了，但是真的很乾凈，床也睡着很舒服，很安靜，過道都鋪着地毯，給安排的高層風景很好，真的性價比很高，以後有需要還會去的

Снимали номер в этой гостинице перед вылетом домой! В целом обычный номер. Главные плюсы высокий этаж, и цена в пределах 3500р без завтрака, за обычный номер с двумя полутороспальными кроватями! Завтраки в гостинице есть, но мы вылетали рано и завтрак не брали, оценить его качество не могу! Белье чистое, номер тоже. По соотношению цена и качество весьма хороший вариант! Вид с балкона 23 этажа на фото!

上個月自己到三亞時住過此飯店，除了當時的網路有些小問題，造成房間內的智能系統撥放音樂有些斷斷續續，所以沒有給滿分! (當時有跟前台反映此問題) 這回跟內人前往，除了 莊經理還是一樣熱情招待給人好像回到家一樣的親切外，房間的服務中心人員也要大大給予稱讚~ 這飯店雖然是間老飯店了，但是人員的熱情服務與絕佳的海景、方便的地點交通，真的是物超所值的選擇~ 日後我們有親朋好友要去三亞旅遊，我們也會大力推薦這間飯店的! 再次感謝 莊經理的貼心服務，以及給予的各種協助~~~

酒店位置好，房間很大，陽台上還有泡澡的浴缸，很別緻，服務員都彬彬有禮，早餐基本能滿足一般的需求，總體比較滿意

真心不錯的選擇， 設施：齊全 衞生：很好 環境：臨近第一市場、夜市、旺豪等生活便利，西面房間能看見鳳凰島，夜景很美，東面的房間可見鹿回頭。 服務：很貼心的，多次入住的。
