Ulasan Hotel Carlton Capri

Very small room, pro is the convenient location. We were given a room on the ground floor, walls are quite thin and so we can hear the kitchen which is just next to our room. Floor feel a bit sticky too. David fr the front desk was very good and friendly. Not much breakfast selection

Very small room, very bad view from the window. And they don’t have a normal ordinary iron.

Absolutely fabtastic staff, very friendly and conversant. Location is good for a little repreve from the craziness of the other side of the canal, and cheap spritz sitting on the steps facing the train station on the other side if the water was a oerfect end to an evening.

Location was convenient - near the train station. Responsive prior to check-in - answered all our questions. Breakfast buffet for 10 euros was quite worth. Room was nice and clean.

Good location, close to bus terminal. Quaint hotel but don't expect fanciful facilities and supplies. Overall good for solo travellers.

- 房間: 房間不大，不過在威尼斯也算一般吧。裝修比較陳舊，不過都功能正常。床單感覺也挺陳舊，估計很多人受不了; 房間內沒有任何燒水壺和杯子，可能衹想讓客人飲用冰箱內的有償飲料。 - 服務: 基本沒有什麼服務，基本都很冷漠，有一位皮膚有點棕，戴眼鏡，深色平頭的，有點矮的前台男士，非常傲慢，有種族歧視並區別對待的傾向。 - 位置: 唯一優點可能就是位置吧，靠近火車站和大巴站，步行近一些; 不過距離聖馬可廣場挺遠，要走近半小時。 - 總結: 如果有預算，就儘量試試其他的吧。

酒店位置需要穿過小巷子，不過離火車站很近對於拖行李箱來説很方便快捷，廁所很小，淋浴間很窄並且不是很乾凈，花灑頭需要更換，廁所裏的吹風機是壞的，在半夜洗完頭後才發現，幸好有24小時前台，建議及時修理或者放一個額外的在房間備用。訂房頁面顯示提供洗衣服務實際上沒有。

Hotel ayant un super emplacement .5 mn de la gare et de la place de Rome ( arrive et départ pour l’aéroport dont nous avons réservé sur GetYourGuide 18€ aller retour) “Les personnes du service sont agréables et à l’accueil parlent français. Elles nous ont même donné un plan en nous expliquant les endroits à visiter. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est correct, avec des croissants, du pain, des céréales, des confitures, du Nutella, du fromage, de la charcuterie (dinde et porc), des œufs, du bacon, du concombre, des tomates, du jus de fruit, du café et du lait. L’hôtel, qui garde son charme, est propre, mais il faut absolument revoir la literie qui est très inconfortable et grince. Pour un couple cherchant à passer des moments romantiques, ce n’est pas du tout idéal. Nous avons dû mettre les matelas directement au sol, mais avons quand même profité de notre week-end.”

去到酒店話我地book 咗佢哋旗下另一間酒店，服務員帶我地去，係再後2條街… 重點係，冇熱水沖涼！！ 明明放咗《請勿打擾》，但清潔姐姐一早用key 開門入來，真係嚇親..  

El personal fue muy amable y el hotel tenía todas la comodidades. Fue excelente!

駅から近くにあったのでとても行きやすかったです。 綺麗でしたし、ホテルの人も良い方ばかりでした。 満足です。
