Hotel is close to downtown. Also a walk distance to the river.Breakfast was nice.

オルレアンを訪れる際はいつも利用しております！ パリとは違い、値段の割にお部屋が広いのがとても素敵！大きなキャリーケースも楽々広げられます。 ロワール川のほとりにあるため、ホテルの窓からの眺めも最高！高層階だとオルレアン市内も一望でき、カテドラルも見えちゃいます！ ベッドも広く、室内は比較的清潔感があります。 ユニットバス付きだったのが、フランスのホテルではなかなか珍しいので有難かったです。 次も利用します！

位置感覺有點邊緣。設施一般。

房間比預期的大，還有面朝盧瓦河的陽台。一路開車過來，很方便找到酒店位置。早餐不錯，可以挑各種喜歡的，不過是純法餐的。

We really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant - it was original and delicious, and included fresh vegetables. Breakfast was good too. The room was comfortable with a good shower. The only drawback for me was the décor. I found it lacked subtlety and good taste - lots of black and hard, shiny accents.

Hotel is well situated to explore Orléans, had a lovely stay. Pool area was perfect to relax around and food was good. Lovely hotel

All good apart from the expensive Buffett breakfast experience where cutlery was dirty, there wasn’t enough food or service for the number of people.

For this kind of 4 Star hotel the kitchen is too poor/limited. Only the wine choice is ok! The rooms are good.

Easy to reach. Good room, shower, beds and pillows! Exceptional good breakfast!

The common areas at this hotel are beautiful. The outdoor deck and pool are beautiful, the reception area is very nice, and the restaurant is attractive. The location is great. The hallways and our room needed paint and updating. The porch floor was pealing and cracked, and the ceiling had what looked like a water leak line. The dinner staff were wonderful, especially Massey and the chef…and the food was delicious. The breakfast staff were not great, with minimal friendliness and interaction, and the breakfast buffet was very poor. Very poor scrambled eggs, a rude response from 1 male waiter when a request was made for a fried egg, the cheese choice was minimal, sweaty and moldy, and there was no fruit salad. The breakfast staff were more concerned about setting up for lunch in stead of attending to our needs. Very poor. They need waitress and waiter training!!
