Ulasan Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal

The location is excellent. The room is clean. But the WIFI in the room was very weak. It gets disconnected often.

Location is perfect not far from Train station easy to get to one bridge to cross. Historic building but bathrooms needs to be upgraded for the price you pay. A few staff are nice but more are unfriendly. Breakfast good, but shoved in the back with tables so close to each other bumping into other guests. Why is breakfast not on the roof top or towards the front of hotel with curtains open so you can have a view. Definately would not recommend accomodation to my friends.

Definitely it does not meet the regular 4* hotels standard. Facilities are outdated, room is small and there're mosquitoes around in the bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was quite poor. Location is relatively closed to train/bus/water taxi stations. Staffs are very friendly and you can leave your luggage behind after check-out.

Transitional Italian hotel in good maintenance, love the location and the staff, we were welcomed feel like home. Our luggage was stored freely after checking out, very convenient for travellers. the shower was great immediately relieved from tiredness of travelling. Love the heater in bathroom, washed socks and dried out the next morning. Highly recommended!

Our room was very small - not really worthy of a 4 star property.

I expected a good hotel in fact but it exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly, state of the hotel is very central and and it stands on the grand canal in front of the train station ( but on the other side of the canal ). It was extremely clean; I loved everything about the hotel. For me, there was no handicaps. Oh and they stored our luggages for free on the check out day so that we could wander around freely till our train leaves. My gratitudes ;)

Highly recommended. Hotel just opposite the train station. The look and feel of the room is truly Italian feel. Friendly staff and a must visit place...
