I found it from make my trip's suggested list of hotels and booked this one as it's very closed to cm c hotel. My son took hid maternal uncle for surgery. The stay was comfortable and the ambience was really nice. If your pocket permits, it's highly recommended for pleasant stay.

Stay at avani was very bad experience. Bathroom was very dirty no house keeping fo cleaning during stay. Shower knob not working and in-spite of complaint, no effort was done to sort out the problem. Ac unit(window ac) is very very old. All knobs are missing so no question of temperature control. Overall very bad experience.

Very old and no maintenance. Mattress and bed spread are looking used for more than 5 years. Cockroaches found in bath rooms

Stayed for 4/5 days for treatment at cmch vellore. We continue to stay in this propfor last more thsn 10/15 yrs whenever come to vellore. An excellent property beautifully located needs now much attention towards services and maintenance

Hotel is located on the arcot main road, diagonally opposite to jubilee gate 100 metersaway. The rooms are good, but water was not coming from the faucet in the sink. Receptionist is very arrogant and does not reply when asked to change room or repair the faucet. Room boy is well behaved. Clean bedsheets, towels provided. Food is excellent. Minus the receptionist behavior all is good.
