前台客服服務一般，本來約好第二天有車送我們去機場，但第二天連客服人影都看不到好在酒店離機場車程不到二十分鐘，打車去機場還挺方便
酒店衞生還好，有微波爐，但設施陳舊，淋浴水龍頭壞了出來的都是熱水，找客服回覆：水龍頭壞了等師傅來修。問：師傅什麼時候來？回：不知道
結果就是根本沒等到師傅，將就洗了澡；因價格便宜要求不能太高，去機場將就住一晚
周邊餐館不多要步行十多分鐘，總之酒店條件一般

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm with my confirmation, to be greeted with a sign the main office closes at 9pm for the night!!!
I called the hotel number. No reply.
I am now in the process of seeking a refund as I was forced to book another hotel. The booking indicated it was non-refundable. I need to be refunded given they did not offer the service advertised.
DO NOT book at this hotel if you are arriving late.
