It's not common I have so many things to say about a 2 nights stay. First the place is well located even if not so close to the beach as you have to walk further to go down from the cliff. Rooms buildings are nice, rooms are spacious enough and the balcony very Cosy. But the management is careless. Here a list a few things happening within those 2 days : - on the way, Google maps gave us the way through a dead-end alley. We called the hotel to know which way we should take, they ask us to text them on whatsapp to get the proper location. We did accordingly but we never got any answer. They call us back, not to help us but to ask our reservation number. -at arrival, they said they have problem because I didn't do the pre payment they were asking for by message under on my confirmed booked room. What's the point to use booking if you have to go to another website to pay in advance?? -they ask me to cancel my reservation on booking even if it was indicate I will be charged for the cancellation (as the hotel do not allow to cancel for free) to pay directly with them. - don't expect the staff to help you with your luggage. Even it is not mandatory it is always appreciate. -at arrival in the room, a information paper is there. You will be aware of all extra cost hotel will charge you if you want them the change the bedding, if you change the lock of the room, etc. But don't expect useful information on breakfast time, wifi password,... -I text them on WhatsApp for a question, but the answer was "I'm not on site ! Message this number xxxxxxxx" (yet it is the number of the hotel) - linens and pillows were smelling sweat. Either not changed before our arrival either not properly cleaned. They changed it, and then it was better. - in the morning, without information on breakfast, we went to the reception at 8:30. Nobody was there. Not only at reception in fact, there were no staff nowhere. We left the hotel without the include breakfast. -at 12 we came back, they gave us ticket for breakfast saying they couldn't find us earlier. and tell us we can go to the restaurant (the breakfast happen in "Sun Franscico" restaurant nearby) this same day for lunch or dinner. -We went to "Sun Franscico" explaining the situation. They said they were aware and ok for dinner. We took the menu and sat. We were the only customer and there was 5 staff. We kindly waited 30 min for someone to come take our order, after what we decide to leave. Honestly, at that point I started to be furious ! Later on the hotel staff came to me on whatsapp to apology once again... But it's too much !! At the end I ask for refund of the breakfast for the 2 days, and a small extend of check-out time (12 instead of 11) and they accept both. But at the end, I had the feeling I'm not welcome there. My mistake is I pay the 2 nights when I arrived, because they ask for. Even that is weird. Otherwise I would have paid my night and run away of this place!) At the end my experience matched all the b
