Great hotel and location, 2 blocks back from the Canada Place Cruise Port.
Great food onsite and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.
Would yse this Hotel again

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

호텔 바로 옆에 팀홀튼이 위치해있습니다. 다운타운도 도보로 7분이면 도착해서 위치가 좋았습니다. 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인을 해주었습니다.

I loved the piano player in the restaurant. She was amazing because she is a great entertainer, makes the customers feel welcome and she is over 80. Such an inspiration.

Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very new. Location is superb.
However, the gym is not within the building and you will need to go across the road to YWCA for gym facilities.
Most rooms do not come with bath tub and if you would like one, make sure you choose the one with “tub” in the name.
I was upgraded to the Skyline view room but there is not much view. Not complaining since it is a free upgrade and it’s downtown vancouver.
Also, you cannot rely on their wake up call service. One day it was late; another day, they just totally forgot to call me…
I also found it strange they did not give me clean mugs after I had coffee with them the previous day…

Exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and we really appreciated the early check-in. The room was spacious and clean with above average amenities and upgraded fixtures. Would highly recommend AZUR, and would absolutely stay here again.

Absolute phenomenal hotel. The best hotel experience I have ever had. The concierge (Alexander and Brendan) were the best. They welcomed my family and I each and every time and went above and beyond for us in multiple ways. I will only choose this hotel the next time I am in Vancouver.

Lovely hotel with all the modern amenities. Clean, safe, walkable. There was almost too much technology in the room--couldn't figure out how to work thermostat or the fancy curtains. But I would definitely stay here again. Great location.
