We went as little couples getaway for a night. The staff was amazing, food was amazing as well. We stayed in a king room and it was perfect. We would definitely stay at the Heathman again. Plus they are dog friendly so we plan on bringing our dog next time.

The room was very comfortable. I liked the shower. Neighbors were incredibly noisy. Loud until 2 AM. Had a horrible night’s sleep. Very disappointing.
Frustrating to spend so much and not get a decent nights sleep.

I’ve stayed at the Heathman many times and always come back. Service levels are top notch. Rooms are cozy and stocked with all the amenities I like. Hudsons Restaurant never disappoints. You can walk to the Mall in less than 15 minutes.

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was beautiful. Chairs and sofa were comfortable. It was clean and we had a comfortable stay. Although, my wife thought the bed was not all that comfortable. It seemed old and she used pillows to help her. The ambience of the hotel was great. Rustic but modern and updated. The swimming pool looked nice, but we didn't use it or the hot tub. Also, we didn't eat there but the restaurant looked nicely laid out and the booths and tables looked comfortable.

We were upgraded when we arrived to the upper floor and it was such an amazing way to end our road trip. The ability to do laundry was amazing, the bed was comfy, the amenities were great and the lids for the coffee cups, top notch. I would love to stay here again :) such a cool rustic lodge type experience. Oh and the bird sounds in the hallways, so cute.

Im ised to Hilton being better regardless of brand. I did not bring pets but thankfully i brought a pet hair de-linter. My clothes got hairy from someone elses pet. Giving 3 star only because Hilton is normally good. Breakfast was yuckie unless youre drinking water and eating waffles. Not sure id stay here again.

My daughter lost her beloved, stuffed animal when we were at the hotel. We called multiple times, and they checked but were unable to find it. We eventually drove back to the hotel ant the end of our roadtrip and everyone there was so sweet and kind. They even gave her a replacement stuffed animal, which was beyond appreciated! Although we weren’t able to find her original stuffed animal, the staff was so caring and thoughtful.
The whole vibe of the hotel is fun and rustic.
