Boutique Hotel Villa Giulia

This place is lovely. Right on the water. Great views of Lake Como. It is not right up close to Bellagio or Como but about 30 minutes away. We had an easy drive up though. The hotel is clean and the staff is so helpful. Food was amazing. We had the best pork there that was finger licking good! Please note that if you have a room on the upper floors you will be taking alot of stairs. For older people you might want to ask for a room on the lower levels if possible. A great place to stay in lake como.

Liked · Beautiful old villa with modern design. Good location. Easy to find. Amazing lake view. Helpful and kind staff. Big terrace. Free parking. Gluten free breakfast option. Disliked · Not too clean. There was dust on the terrace table and on the night stand. Not many breakfast options. Very small room. Must pay many attention at the details. This villa is pretending to be a luxurious place. But needs more efforts. Overall our experience was good.

Veramente piacevole l'atmosfera, il personale davvero disponibile e gentile quello che si vorrebbe incontrare veramente in ogni hotel. Ho usufruito di un pacchetto riservato a chi fa almeno tre notti con cene a 25 euro a pasto a persona ( 5 euro di coperto che quindi trasformavano il tutto a 30 euro non bene specificate alla proposta del pacchetto) Cene veramente ottime da ristorante di alta classe con porzioni giuste (spesso l'alta cucina si propone con mini porzioni qui no). Buona la colazione e buona la stanza con la relativa pulizia e riassetto giornaliero. La struttura è situata a pochi passi dalla stazione del battello di navigazione sul lago con arrivo fino a Bellagio, purtroppo le corse sono davvero scarse, praticamente una al giorno verso le 10 e la qualità del servizio battelli non idonea ad un luogo bellissimo come il lago di Como. Credo convenga avvicinarsi lungo la costa di Lecco in auto per poi prendere battelli da stazioni più vicine a Bellagio con corse molto più frequenti che permettono una gestione più libera dei propri tempi (es Varenna). Riassumendo struttura da consigliare vivamente.
