Ulasan Palais le Brun

It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them. For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering. Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite. Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

We were let down by this hotel. We arranged a late check out which wasn’t provided for. There was a half drunk bottle of wine int he fridge, the red wine was in the fridge and the beer had a puncture in it. There were also building works going on from early in the morning. Not great.

優點：正規酒店，位於瓦萊塔老城區的Old Bakery Street，酒店本身是老房子改造的，所以非常復古；房間及酒店各處都很乾凈，服務人員都很友好。晚上很安靜，不吵鬧。酒店樓頂是公共區域，有游泳池、餐吧，還可以看海。 缺點：我們定的是帶陽台的房間，但其實最後房間衹能算是帶了一個外凸的窗户而已；酒店近處沒有便利店或超市；房間裏略顯擁擠，和看到的圖片不符，一進門還有幾節樓梯。

Limpio, habitación grande, servicio exquisito y ubicación céntrica i tranquila

Très bel hôtel et raffiné . Chambre très conformable et calme. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel.
