Tuvimos que ir a la recepción tres veces para que solucionaran el problema con el frigobar (no funcionaba), liego de insistir en reiteradas oportunidades, vinieron a cambiarlo , en cinco días no retiraron el otro, por lo que tuvimos un huésped extra, también reclamamos por el teléfono (tampoco funcionaba), nunca lo solucionaron.
Las luces de la habitación y la del baño muy tenues.
Recordemos que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
El resto bien, los chicos de la recepción siempre bien dispuestos.

It was impossible to contact the hotel by phone to inquire about luggage storage prior to my arrival, and this caused inconvenience because when they didn't answer, I had to carry my suitcase with me for several hours. There was also no response via chat. If it had been urgent or I couldn't bring it with me, I would have had more trouble.
I booked an exterior room, but they gave me an interior one first. I requested a change, and they did so without any problem, but this was something I had already mentioned in my reservation.
Regarding the room, the sliding bathroom door was difficult to close, and the curtains were quite worn. I was surprised to find no toiletries in the bathroom (although it said they could be requested at reception, but I would have liked to have them there without having to disturb anyone), nor did I find complimentary water or coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel.
Overall, I was comfortable, but I think they could improve these services for a 4-star hotel and given its price.
The pool was very small, with few sun loungers and limited space. If there were too many people, it was difficult to stay comfortable. Also, due to its orientation, it provided shade throughout the afternoon, so I couldn't sunbathe.

Heel goed en schoon hotel. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Lokatie is prima, op de fiets via enkele minuten in het centrum en het hotel is goed aan te rijden vanaf de snelweg. Parkeren onder het hotel is ook heel fijn!

Average. It wasn't bad, but for what we paid, the cleanliness of the facilities left something to be desired.
We chose this hotel because they were advertising the pool, but when we arrived, it wasn't open for the season. Had we known, we would have chosen a hotel closer to the city center.
