Excellent hotel! Very clean, good location and brand new. Rooms with windows are beautiful, but we also have a room without a window, and it was good too, especially if you're not too bothered with not having natural light. The gym is small but practical and you can get a good workout. There is a washroom with 4 washing machines and dryers which guests can use. In the images there is a Sauna - this is a lie, there is no Sauna in the hotel and you must go next-door and pay for it. Breakfast is large and very good although it would be nice to have a longer time window for it: 8:30 - 10:00 is a little short. The hotel is a short bus ride away from a beautiful park and temple.

I have lived several times. Every time I come, the little sister at the front desk will call to confirm and give the room I like in advance. I personally like the smell of lavender. The big sister in the room will put the lavender sachet every time. The experience is very good and the hygiene is very clean. The security brother will share it with me if there is delicious food. Parking is also very convenient, free, you can take a taxi when you go out, it is very close to the museum for a minute, a great experience

I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.

I readjusted the air conditioner and waited. It was still very cold after 1 hour. Later I called the front desk again. She said to bring a heater to my room. It was still cold, so I went downstairs to tell the front desk. She said to change me to another room. The room on the 6th floor was quite warm, but the air conditioner on the 4th floor was broken. It was very cold in the room. I hope to check the air conditioners in each room in advance next time. It is really impossible to sleep in such cold weather in winter.
