This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

After returning to Urumqi from Barkol, I continued to choose this hotel and the Liyue (1.5-meter bed) room, which I had a good experience with and high cost performance. I booked for 3 nights. Surprisingly, the front desk staff helped me upgrade to Yiyue (1.8-meter bed, plus a long sofa) for free. The hotel's infrastructure is all new because it has just opened. The room is clean and has a good cleaning rate. The location is close to the airport and high-speed rail station, which may be good for people on business trips. But for those who travel and have fun, there are no large comprehensive shopping malls or restaurants nearby. You have to take Didi to go a little further. But there is a restaurant on the 38th floor of the hotel. You can dine there. The hot water in the shower in the room bathroom can maintain temperature and has high water pressure. For people who like high water pressure in showers, this shower will be very refreshing. In summary, it is a hotel worth recommending to everyone.

The service is superb, whether it is the beautiful lady who helps with registration at the front desk, the handsome guy with a little explosive hair in the lobby, or the beautiful lady in gray uniform in the restaurant. Thank you for upgrading our room to an executive room, helping us with our luggage, introducing us to breakfast, and preparing hot water for us, etc. The beautiful lady in the restaurant is always very gentle and attentive, providing knives and forks, and helping us bring wonton stew to the table. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. There is a bathtub inside. The lights in the room are dimmed, which is suitable for rest. Overall, it is ok and very quiet at night. The lady at the front desk is super pretty and the beef for breakfast is delicious!

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. We paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!

Come to Urumqi and choose this restaurant blindly. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many self-service dishes.
