Hotel yang menarik dengan semua staf yang sangat membantu..terutama manager yang sangat membantu dalam pencarian mobil sewa ke Turban..sangat berterima kasih atas semua bantuan Chiau Yen dan rekan2 nya..semua perjalanan ke Xinjiang sangat berkesan.

接送機需要預約時間，離機場十五分鐘左右，這次接送溝通很順利，服務很滿意，客房服務也做到積極響應，硬件上需要檢修問題了，出現影視大床房投影自動開機，總開關關掉了，黑漆漆的突然就啟動了，來回幾次，來回好幾次，想了各種辦法，最後把房卡拔了再插，解決了問題。

這家酒店好，雖是老酒店但設施很新，衞生也不錯，環境總體很好，下次還會再住。特別是早晨值班的服務員，認真、態度好，還幫忙提行李。酒店提供接送機服務，別克車車況好，乾淨衞生，司機小劉師傅車技熟練，助人為樂。

房間的裝修很講究，材質很好，比如床的用材很好，很沉。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴間面積很大。房間智能設計，很方便。
酒店工作人員很熱情，前台小哥哥小姐姐顏值比較高，和前台的小哥聊天很開心。連保安大姐也很熱情，給我們家小朋友紮了辮子，點贊。
早餐做的很精緻。
送機的劉師傅開別克車送機，車很乾凈，劉師傅也是白襯衫，相當精神。

We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.

We had stayed here for 5 nights. Hotel staffs help us to stay in the 4th floor which connected to all convenience both breakfast canteen and laundry room. Thank you Ms.Xiao Ting, a hotel staff, assisting and supporting our request as much as possible. By the way, even we reserved non-smoking rooms, the smell still remaining every time we get into the room. (We already reported this to the hotel) Over all, we satisfied with this hotel !

It's about 20mins away from the new airport. Only managed to get a ride to the hotel as my flight out was too early (left at 8am). Had to wait for another guest for the ride to the hotel for almost an hour.
The first room I got had a very strong cigarette smell, so they changed my room upon request without any fuss.

The hotel was very well kept and the service was great !
It would be good if the hotel offered airport pick up as we had taxis hustling for business .
And in fact the driver we were with charged us more than the amount she quoted before the trip.and did not give us back the change.eh3n she dropped us off .
