Very good location in walking distance to the train station. A lot of food options and coffee shops close by. Very nice staff which try to help when we struggled with the language barrier.

We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)

There are a lot people in this building so we had to take time so long for elevator and It was uncomfortable for us. I got a room that smelled of cigarettes but it was fine cause we just stayed for a night. The staff cannot speak english and not try to communicate with google translate or whatever.

Service: √ Both the two front desk guys are so handsome😎 I called to say I needed tape, and when I went to get it, the beautiful lady at the front desk also left it at the counter. Facilities: √ The room is a little small, but it is warm and comfortable, and the mattress is quite comfortable. But there is no operating instruction for the TV, so I had to call to turn it on and off😹 Environment: √ It is 1km away from the high-speed rail station and the bus station, 5 minutes by taxi, 20 minutes on foot, and there are all kinds of barbecue hot pot beef noodles just a few steps away from the door

The hotel reception is on the fifth floor. The music is very comfortable when you enter the lobby. Before you reach the front desk, you can hear the waiter greeting you with a smile. The service attitude is excellent and he patiently answers my many questions. The room is very warm, clean and tidy. I stayed there for a day and it was very comfortable. I am very happy with this stay. I really like it. I will stay here when I come to Urumqi next time. Haha

The front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel has complete facilities and convenient transportation. It is very close to Wanda and can be reached on foot. It is convenient to travel and has an underground garage for easy parking.

I went back to the hotel to take a shower in the early morning and found that the shower head was broken. The hot and cold water response was also very slow. The room was not very good.

The hotel environment is good, the bathroom is spacious and bright, with 24-hour hot water, which is convenient. The only drawback is that the road from the high-speed rail station to the hotel is not easy to walk. There is a slope and the road is very bad. It is very difficult to walk with luggage. I hope the government will urge the relevant departments to improve it as soon as possible.
