We stay at this hotel a lot due to the location being close to granddaughters college. We recommended them to others.

We had a little snafu on the room I thought I reserved and what I received. We resolved it but at a cost. I would not have booked Garland at the new rate.

My family stayed at this hotel for one night. I specifically booked this hotel (and drove out of the way) for the pool and breakfast. Upon checking in, I was notified that the pool was closed. We left before breakfast began at 6am, but we were permitted to get coffee and prepackaged cereal bowls. I asked the morning clerk about the pool, and he said that it had been closed for YEARS! Don't stay here for the pool. Otherwise, the room and property was clean and well maintained.

Very nice stay at an excellent price. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back. Only downside was the pool and hot tub were out of service.
