The state of the washrooms is the worst. literally so unhygienic, especially women's washroom. The washbasins were blocked with people's vomiting or stuff I guess.the toilets were not clean. Kindly pay more attention to the sanitation and cleanliness

It has been a great experience staying at bombay picnic spot hotel & resort. Cleanliness, welcome at the reception desk and behaviour of staff is exceptionally good. Very nice place to stay while paying a visit to chintpurni mata temple.

Today, for the first time, I got a chance to stop at Bombay Picnic Spot, although I passed through this route many times but never felt like stopping. This time I got a chance to stay for one night, overall it was a good experience, especially the person at the reception, Mr. Balkishan Sharma, his behavior was very efficient. Although I have traveled a lot, very few people are so well-mannered that even if there is any shortcoming, they can be tolerated. We had breakfast which was very good and the price was also very reasonable. Room service was also very good. Overall it was a very good experience.

My stay was good, however the room service was little late and slow, that’s may be cause of the rush, however they need to increase the staff, only one person doing room service for the entire hotel, also no food after 9 pm, not even milk for kids.

Worst place to go with family. Too much crowded. And people inside taking bribes to give you prefence. After complaining to manager, he was not willing to check CCTV footage and punish workers. So no point, it's literally a spoilsport
