Is a condo not villa, a very clean room but parking lot hard to find.

Amazing experience. Wonderful place. Definitely will come back.

House wasn't fully clean when we reached. However most of the amenities listed are available. The toilets have some smell though despite being cleaned.

If your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).

The room has a foul smell and can be kept cleaner. The towel provided had stains on it and they did not provide shampoo. The cuckoo water dispenser definitely useful. The onsen pool is very enjoyable. itvery good location as it is just next to lost world of tambun.

Good and best view nearby activities and nearby town and easy access To get afood

Overall was a great experience, easy check-in, near Lost World, requested extra towels and provided earlier than expected. Responsive reply from home stay management. The only down part was unexpected blackout ard 10am, we checked out earlier.

Love the easy check in and check out. Room is clean and bed is cozy.

The most interesting view near by (besides) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; the scenery looks very interesting and the view is great. All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists. One of good place to stay in today.

One of the best stays I must say, my family loves it so much. For me , Onsen hot pool with Jacuzzi is my favourite part. Thumbs up, would like to stay again in the near future.

room and location was good. tv app channels cannot be watched. prior to the arrival, information to get the entry cards was received via whatsapp in advance. Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.
