It was one of the best experiences i had in recent times, i never expected the hotel to be that amazing. Situated just at a walking distance from is-con temple, this hotel provides amazing rooms, the rooms were very spacious infact quite bigger that a lot of hotels i have stayed in. Nice, spacious and clean rooms provided me the luxury i was looking for. The food at the malva restro was icing on the cake, they serve round the clock lip smacking food with really quick in room service. I would always recommend casa ora for a stay in ujjain.

Rooms and food is really good. Ambience of washroom and segregation between bathing space and cleaning area should be more and better. Walls and corners needs cleaning. Lift is required for upper floor rooms. Sound proofing needs lot of improvement for the rooms.

First and foremost every hotel should have a cancellation policy of 24 hrs before the date. My trip got preponed and later i saw the bracket was of 1 day after i booked the trip. I had to pay the entire amount and was there for barely 5 hours. The room had spiders on bed which was a shock for me as it took 7k. The property was going though construction so it had dust all over. It was basically a restaurant which had rooms on backdrop. All over a bad experience and way too costly

Little on the expensive side when it comes to tariffs. But excellent service & hospitality by the hotel staff and delicious food from their kitchen. Rooms are spacious and clean

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Very supportive staff. I booked room with breakfast and the only surprise was that if you book complementary breakfast, they offer only a couple of pre-decided items. Gives you a weird feeling and you eventually end up paying for it. My suggestion would be too book only room without any complementary meals. Overall a nice experience.

Room was clean. Beds were new. Showers were not working properly. Far away from temples was charged 2000 for 1. 5 hours of late checkout due to reasons that people visit ujjain for. Was not provided receipt promptly.
