晚上9點到店，竟然無人接待。説是酒店其實衹有4間房，房門帶密碼鎖更像民宿。找了攜程小助理，聯繫後説前台到8：30下班了，但未提前告知，也未留下任何通知。等到9：30才有人打電話告知開鎖密碼進入房間。 位置不錯，設施齊全。房間寬敞。服務實在太差了。 攜程小助理不錯，北京時間夜裡3點聯繫秒回，直到解決問題。

We really enjoy our stay in this Hotel. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well equipped and the view was excellent. I will definetely always stay at Oriana Homel when visiting Udine. It’s was my favorite out of all the places we stayed in Italy . Can’t wait for my next trip to Udine.

Liked everything about the property, only 2 suggestions we have is creamers or milk would be a nice touch to go along with the beautiful coffee machine, and a few English channels on TV. Other than that we shall return to this charming property on our next trip to Italy. 5 Stars Regards Alberto

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and view of Udine is excellent. There’s lots of options in Udine including air b and b but I’ll always stay at Oriana Homel. It’s my favorite . Can’t wait for my next trip to Udine.

A great home away from home. Friendly, obliging staff was a standout feature. Top quality appliances/fixtures and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom and a very comfortable stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oriana. Perfectly situated in the heart of old town. Impeccably clean. Spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed Udine and the Oriana so much that we added another day to our visit. The people there were very helpful. Thank you!

Pure quality and over the top exclusive room on the centre of Udine. As a family of 4 we had an excellent stay in here. Every tiny detail of our needs and necessities are thought before we arrived.
