Very good experience, service, laundry available, vehicle facility also. But food is expensive so we have to eat outside but nearby only

Hotel rooms and toilets are very compact and don't have proper ventilation. The hotel staff's behaviour was also not good. Their approach towards customers was very poor.

Very good option available near all the lakes & tourist places of Lake-city Udaipur. Rooms & service was the best part of the property but the location is perfect. Staff courtesy with valuable guests was remarkable, ty Will come back

The hotel was nice, location and ambience was very good, everything was easily accessible. Food and services were upto the mark, staffs were cordial , toiletries were provided when asked but just little cleanliness issue. Will surely visit again.

Rooms were not ready when we reched, we reached at 2 PM. after that they had taken time for claening the rooms. so I have to wait to wait for the room to get it accessible, I got room after half an hour. I was not able to take lunch in their restaurant as owner's function was going on. They suggest to take lunch from outside. this was very difficult with family trip. NO toiletries was there during the check in. I had to ask in next morning. I request to boycott this hotel from treebo as they are not ready to give service with treebo standerd. I request all to book other treebo hotels instead of this.

The person on the reception was very rude. He committed to give early check in for atleast one room out of the two. That day in the morning he said - you can go and find some other hotel even after advance paid booking. Also the room was not properly cleaned. The mosquito repellent was not provided even after asking multiple times. Breakfast was also bad, not hygiene and too oily. Coffee was not available which i a basic thing.
