As soon as we entered we could see that the whole resort was dirty and there was no maintenance, swimming pool was so dirty as if the water was never ever cleaned. When we entered our rooms, it was more of a dharamshala than a hotel. The gallery was full of mosquitos and garbage which was never cleaned off. Some phones, TV's, AC's were not working, which was afterwards taken care of by the hotel manager. There was some problem with the water supply even on the first day and water kept on coming and going. 4 of us had to use bisleries for taking showers and water went off in between. Stray dogs were roaming inside the property and were eating from the utensils which were given to us. When we went for dinner, again there was no cleanliness in that area, the plates were never cleaned and hence many of us didn't have our Dinner. Similar was the case when we had breakfast in the morning. Hence the second day we didnt even go for breakfast and dinner since first day experience awas so pathetic. Above that when it was raining water came inside our rooms and all our luggage got wet. Such a pathetic experience. However, we kept on ignoring but the mismanagement reached its height when the water supply was completely gone from 4 am onwards.When we called the manager he said that there was some issue with the motor and there will be no water supply in the whole hotel. We couldn't believe that as water is the basic necessity which you can expect even if you are living somewhere free of cost. We used bisleries for brushing. For washrooms 4 of us had to go to the airport and children waited till we went for lunch in some good hotel. We had a 6 months child with us who had to wait for 2 hours till we reached the airport to clean . No one of us took a bath that day obviously because there was no water at all. We brought bisleries for cleaning our face. This much pathetic and horrible experience we haven't faced in our life. There was not even a single guilt or apology from the hotel staff. The staff of the hotel was so mannerless that whenever we called them for help or asked for keeping our luggage they laughed and ignored us. We had to keep all our luggage by ourselves. The hotel managers, owners and staff should really feel guilty and shameful about it.
