Service wise, one of the best hotels I ever stayed. The staff was attentive, friendly and even the cats and dogs on the premises are well taken care off, so the guests are really spoiled

Very old-fashioned hotel, with very standard services. Maybe it was the off-season, plus it was raining, so I didn't take part in the tour provided by the hotel. Not only was the scenery great, but I would continue to choose this hotel if I go there next time!

The food and the location of the hotel were great. The only thing that bothered me was that the hotel was a pet-friendly hotel. There was a dog in the room next door and it barked constantly. When we told the hotel staff about this, they changed our room, but if I had known that animals were allowed in the hotel, I would not have gone. This situation bothers me in terms of cleanliness. I also think that the hotel staff provide service according to the customer.

There are many types of hotel rooms, distributed in various places, and almost none of them are the same. Both cave and stone have a good experience, and the decoration is quite innovative. There are two restaurants. The quality of the restaurants can only be said to be average, the prices are still high, and overall they are not as good as restaurants in small towns. The breakfast is rich and there are many waiters. I went there in the off-season and there were more waiters than guests.
