酒店位置離熱氣球的地方不是很遠，走路到鎮中心吃飯的地方也很近。我很喜歡酒店的餐廳，風景很好，吃着早餐感受到當地的生活很愜意！最重要的是這裏的服務特別貼心和周到，也能感受到當地居民的熱情。很晚才到酒店，還開車帶我們去當地餐廳吃披薩，味道也不錯👍價格也很實惠哦

Отель неплох, если Вы на машине. В пешей доступности нет ничего. Номера ,фото которых предоставлены на сайтах, не все такие крутые (с джакузи и балконом), мы жили в двухместном, с доп. местом -раскладушкой, было тесновато, балкона не было! Завтрак неплохой, стандартный, сыры, маслины/оливки, яйца, джемы, фрукты.

Our stay at The Muse Hotel was disappointing due to unexpected hidden costs that was communicated at our check out. We were charged for simply using the common area, including fees based on how many times we sat there. This was never communicated in advance—no signs, no mention at check-in, nothing. This included being charged for using the common space for the complimentary breakfast. The lack of transparency felt unfair and left us feeling taken advantage of. While the breakfast was good, the unexpected charges overshadowed any positives. Beware of hidden costs if you choose to stay here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend The Muse Hotel due to these surprise fees and the lack of clear communication with guests.

I recently stayed at the Muse Hotel for four nights. While the hotel room was good and the service was solid, my friends and I were completely caught off guard at check-out when we were charged a hidden fee for simply using the common area. We had gathered there outside of breakfast hours to play cards, enjoy some downtime, have a few drinks and of course clean up after ourselves, all while being considerate of other guests. There were no signs, no warnings from staff, and absolutely no indication that there would be a fee for using the space. To make matters worse, this was the only common area available for guests to meet. When we questioned the fee, the front desk worker admitted he didn’t agree with it either but claimed he was just following orders from his boss, who we never met. To be noted, we did have friends (2) over on 2 occasions, however they did not use any services, they literally sat at a table, had their own drinks and cleaned up after themselves. Despite voicing our dissatisfaction and paying the fee, nothing was done to address the issue. This whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of transparency and what felt like an arbitrary charge really ruined what could have been an otherwise decent stay.

Endless thanks to Mr. Ekrem and his father Mr. Mustafa for their interest from the first entrance to the hotel to the exit. The hotel is very close to the places to visit and the remarkable aspect is that there is no parking problem. The interest shown to the guests at breakfast should not be overlooked. The cleanliness of the rooms and also the fact that the hotel is a newly opened hotel, the furniture beds are new, which makes it the top in terms of price performance. It was very good to sit on the terrace or in the garden and relieve the tiredness of the day. This will be our next choice when we come to Cappadocia.
