I just came for a quick stop over. I pre-paid yet it seemed like they had no information on me. I had to give them all of my contact info again. Check in took about 20 minutes. They told me they didn’t have the king room I book but they would give me one with two beds and acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the extra bed. One reason to book candlewood is you can do your laundry for free. Well they only have two machines and the quickest cycle you can get it 77 minutes. Heavy soil is 2 hours on one of their machines. I waited from 7:30 to 9:45am for a machine. It was clear my cycle was going to take my past the 11am check-in they want. I asked to get it extended to noon which is what is on the door in the room. I was told they could not do that. They said the signs in the room are from the old hotel. They really need to get those changed out of they are going to enforce an 11am check out. I couldn’t get hot water out of the shower at night but I could in the morning. Coffee machine ran out of beans and wasn’t replenished. The room key you had to dip 3-5 times for it to work. I didn’t sleep well because I could hear the elevator in my room. It’s a 2-2.5 star hotel.
