環境：特別有異域風情，游泳池裡是坎兒井的井水
服務：幾位工作人員還有負責清潔的阿姨，都很友好，有求必應，十分熱心
設施：淋浴下水有問題，才洗了幾分鐘，水就從淋浴房裡溢出來，嚇得不敢再洗了
衞生：房間裏有蒼蠅，可能是因為吐魯番太熱了

這家民宿在坎兒井源景區裏，一進景區大門就能看到，但還挺安靜的不會被遊客吵到。民宿的風格非常喜歡，居然還有個泳池！洗澡的熱水也很好

There are only standard rooms, the conditions are very good. I used points to upgrade the room. In the scenic area, I was given tickets for the scenic area, which is very good. I learned about the life in Turpan back then! Although the breakfast is simple, it is very hard work for the little sister to deliver it to the room one by one. There is a swimming pool outside the door, where you can take a dip when it is hot. It is a very nice B&B. I was passing by and saw someone staying for three days. It is worth it!

We booked this hotel because we wanted to use the pool. The pool was very dirty. The first two days it was open, the last day they had emptied it and could not be used at all.
The breakfast was not good and they did not serve any coffee at the hotel.
When we checked in our room was not ready. When we actually got into the room, the floors were very dirty. They didn’t clean our rooms during our stay which meant that the old breakfast tray was left in the room. We also did not receive any new towels, water bottles or toilet paper. Our friends had a cockroach in their room. There were many flies both inside the room and outside the facility.
The service overall was not very good. Apart from one staff member that took us out on a food tour our first night. That was very appreciated.

環境：最棒的就是環境，泳池和土樓搭配別有風情，太美了。
服務：還可以免費借民族服裝，雖然覺得女裝不夠精緻好看，但也很不錯了。喜歡。
