Ulasan Pujing International Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staffs withou English speaking. I got complimentary very early check-in. The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.

Amazing hotel. Big rooms with all the facilities you need! Highly recommended!

Everything was clean and well organised. The electrical work was done very well. Nice lighting concept.

This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.

酒店很漂亮，房間乾淨整潔，地理位置得天獨厚，門口停車方便，酒店早餐豐富，工作人態度很好，門口吃飯購物很方便

房間不錯 暖氣特別足 大堂大姐人很好 旁邊的牛肉麪一定要去嚐嚐 那辣椒的味道絕了 給酒店 提個建議 把牛肉麪招安得了 哦 旁邊就是老糧倉

這次到吐魯番玩感覺非常好酒店服務不錯

一點都不滿意。有以下幾點： 一、高温天氣，房間裏沒空調，向前台反應也沒有用，説是派人過來看也沒有人，一晚上熱醒太多次。 二、洗澡設備的問題。淋雨不出水，用小的那個噴頭都不行，水都快貼到上面上去了不説，水一會熱一會涼的，太差勁。 三、前台服務態度差勁，問問題多了不耐煩。 四、更重要的一點，説好的酒店自帶自助餐，結果沒有。給了個早餐票讓出去吃，出去就出去不説，就15塊錢的標準，超了還得自掏錢。 住酒店就是為了休息圖個方便，結果壓根對不起將近三百的放假。

酒店的位置和衛生亦很好。但在網上訂房時資料說明娛樂設施包括理髮足療等等，但實際是該中心已經関閉，另房間內的有綠電話不能接通任何酒店單位。另外入住登記時與接待員確認早餐在酒店一樓的餐廳，時間是8:00-10:00。但翌日到餐廳剛那起碟子撿食物卻被數名人仕（不像是餐廳員工）告知我不能用餐，亦不理會我解釋我是住客，前台接待員告知我可以在此享用早餐。惟有再向當值前台接待員澄清才得知歺餐廳是給某團體包場，她給予票子我到離酒店150米外的快餐店用餐。這事件反影酒店管理上出現溝通問題，幸好沒有不愉快爭拗。假如酒店的某些設施因某些原因不能使用，亦請在網上的資訊給予清楚說明，因為有些顧客是因為某些設施才選擇貴酒店。

房間還不錯，但空調第一晚是有問題的，房間門鎖最初給的房卡打不開，後來又鎖不上，雖然最後修好了，但體驗感不太好，總體來看還是4顆星的，在市區，離博物館比較近，去玩也比較方便，還是推薦的

酒店前台熱情大方，而且漂亮。 設施非常的好，房間很大，價格很便宜。 還是很推薦的，並且可以寄存行李，趕晚點的飛機也不怕了。在這裏要表揚我們那兩天的前台小姐姐，非常好!
