Ulasan Xafira Deluxe Resort&Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close. The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each department. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !! Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️ We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why? I would not recommend this hotel and would not Go back.

Advarsel – Hold jer langt væk fra dette “5-stjernede” mareridt! Dette hotel er en total katastrofe og burde ikke engang have 2 stjerner. Ved ankomst blev vi smidt i hånden to værelseskort og måtte selv lede i 20 minutter efter værelserne i en kæmpe bygning uden hjælp. Værelserne: Ulækre, gamle, stinker af fugt. Intet virkede – hverken fjernsyn, aircondition eller telefon. Badeværelset var et chok: fuldt af kalk, beskidt og slidt til ukendelighed. Fællesområder: Elevatorerne var som taget ud af en horrorfilm – gamle, slidte og med nødtelefoner, der bare hang løst uden forbindelse. Restauranten: Uhygiejnisk, ulækker og bemandet af medarbejdere, der sad på deres telefoner i stedet for at rydde op. Maden var et dårligt skæg – 3 dage i træk serverede de kun kylling, ingen variation, ingen kvalitet. Stranden: Lille, beskidt, og restauranten dér var lige så slem som hotellets – møgbeskidt. Plastikkrus til engangsbrug overalt… dette er IKKE 5-stjernet standard, det er campingniveau. Falsk markedsføring: Billederne online er rene løgne. Vi betalte for “Ultra All Inclusive” – men der var intet ultra, intet luksus, intet værd at komme efter. Konklusion: Dette hotel er en skændsel for turismen. Spild ikke jeres penge, tid eller humør – der findes bedre hostels end dette “luksus” bedrag.

Otelin bütün imkanları çok güzel. Ailem ile birlikte 4 gün tatil yapma imkanı bulduk ve çok beğendik. Oda ve bütün alanlar çok temiz. Günlük olarak odamız temizlendi. Havuz ve sosyal alanlar ***et güzel ve temizdi. Yemekler hem çok çeşit hemen de çok lezzetliydi. Gündüz daha çok animasyon yapılsa daha iyi olurdu ama yinede çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Trip e teşekkür ediyorum.

Хороший отель как для взрослых так и для детей. Красивый комплекс с большим бассейном, аквапарком ( две зоны: малыши и +14),удобным , вместительным рестораном. Номера просторные, уставшие, но всё работает и не отваливается. Шампуни и остальные принадлежности берите с собой. Питание хорошее: каждый день была рыба жареная и на пару. Разное мясо. Фрукты по сезону. Кофе неплохой. Анимации не заметил, но отличный аквапарк развлекает. Пляж. С ним беда: в прошлом сезоне завозился песок и пляж был удобным. В этом году пляж к сезону не подготовили: крайне неудобная галька, подходить к воде очень неудобно.

Fantastic Otel Animation team oscaro super. I coming from Netherland never seen helpfull guys. They working best. Hasan good chef. Also service good I liked everything. Every morning cleaning room. Hava a big pool. Aqua park too big. We will come backk.

really good entertainment from safari and hazal, hotel good , bar food really good, live music performance really good, they try their best to fit everyone in and get them involved with the entertainment, we all feel comfortable with the surroundings

the best time we had here thanks to the team oscaro our kids enjoyed every minute at the mini club and we really liked the pool games it was so good we recommend team oscaro to everyone

I think it’s the best hotel for family and children in the mini club every day different activities we are like se yoou next year girls

Its was a wonderfull experience we had enjoyed each second here. Beautifull shows the kids enjoyed there time here. Keep goin on guys thank you very much

Where do i start, i have never written a review on a hotel before but i would hate for anyone to waste their money. Staff are rude they do not like English people, the whole hotel smells of drains, the food is the same all the time not even a toaster at breakfast, they want money for everything even kids activities around the pool.

It was the most awful experience. We ignored the bad comments and got influenced by the beautiful, splendid picture of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel, rooms, food and everything else was terrible. The Rooms and toilets are outdated and need urgent repairs and decorations. The Food is awful and disgusting. No hygiene. Small flies are always on the food. Staff is unkind, unprofessional, and unhelpful. You will regret booking it, so please don't get into the trap.
