Ulasan OOstel Smart Hostel - Tulum Pueblo

Always an incredible experience! Central location, accommodating staff, and often a great place to provide some respite from the ever-increasing party atmosphere that was formerly confined to the beach resorts of Tulum. I've found the rooftop an especially beautiful place to commune with the birds - as it is among the highest points in downtown Tulum. Food is incredible, affordable, and service is outstanding. As I've been a visitor of this place for years, I've seen the ups and downs of the facilities - but it's obvious that management has made some wise hiring decisions and the improvement is obvious. Centrally located - close to bus station and 'hotspots' but provides bicycles for the short ride to the beach - which is a little long, in terms of walking distance.

This time I had a room near the hai way and was too noisy but the place is good

Très bon séjour. La piscine et le cinéma en plein air est agréable. Personnel au top, de bons conseils. Le rooftop est très cool. La clim est un peu trop forte dans l'espace nuit et demanderait a être baissée. La cuisine vétuste ne semble plus adaptée à la fréquentation de l'établissement (backpackeurs).

아데오 터미널 바로 옆인건 좋음. 근데 시설이나 위생은 기대하지마셈. 그래도 다운타운이랑 걸어서 멀지않은건 좋았음.

The place is so nice, the staff so friendly. Even in shared rooms beds are private and also so comfortable. I have been traveling and staying at different hostels and probably this is the most comfortable so far, hope to be back soon. Ask for the house Margaritas, they are greaaat

This hotel charged my creditcard three times without my approval. My daughter payed cash but the keep charging my creditcard. I try to get my money back but the don t answer my mails and calls. So don t book this hotel with a creditcard!!! Only pay cash when you arrive otherwise you will get in problems.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel and facilities are okay, rooftop has a great view of the city. Rooms are sooo small though, and there is too many rooms in no place. Walls are also thin. We had a couple in the “top bunk” of ours keeping us awake for hours in the middle of the night with their noises…

We found the hostel more than great! The beds are huge, the bathrooms are always clean and the breakfast is also delicious. But above all, we think the staff is awesome! The people are very nice and always helpful and never let you down if you need anything. Above all, Jesus is a sweetheart! He will make you love Tulum so much that you won't want to leave.

Amazing location, lovely helpful friendly staff, comfortable bed. Shower cubicles need a little attention but apart from that I’d have given 5 stars. They are doing ongoing improvements so hopefully that will be one of them

It was a fantastic option for a long stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And we could walk anywhere from the hostel.

The location is great, the hostel itself is just okay. The rooms are damp and moldy, it was fine but not particularly comfortable.

The experience at the hostel was great, and it's a great hostel in general, but they charged doubble the amount that we were supposed to pay, and though they have answered one of our e-mails, they have completely ignored our request for a refund of half the price. We have been trying to reach them for three months now, and they're still avoiding to communicate with us.

Like the customer service I got from Santos and Edgar as well as Pablo. Santos was usually there to help you out and went above and beyond to hook you up with what you needed. Edgar was the bartender and he was super cool and friendly and gave great customer service. And Pablo made any transition that you needed Swift and really helped you out. I also love the food that Irma made, he's a fantastic cook so I highly recommend the food which was reasonably priced of course and mari killed it at keeping the facility clean and sanitized after pretty much every use which made me feel great about the cleanliness there. Great place on a budget with awesome food and a great staff

Very economical hostel. No frills or extra bell and whistles. Facilities could use a little paint job and basic renovations to make the facility nicer. Nice staff, great central Tulum location. Located behind ADO bus station which was extremely convenient. Very low cost, and the room privacy was good.
